Matt Hill

Matt Hill has been a cornerstone of CJ Hughes’s project management and estimating capability since joining the company in 2010. He began as a Project Superintendent on pipeline facility and civil projects and, through progressive leadership roles, now works closely with operations teams across the company to provide executive oversight of project management, estimating, contract strategy, and project execution, helping ensure consistent performance from bid through completion.

In his current role as Vice President, Matt applies more than 27 years of construction industry experience to lead the company’s Estimating and Contracts functions while partnering with operations teams to support successful project execution from preconstruction through closeout. His dual expertise in field execution and front-end estimating gives CJ Hughes a significant advantage in project planning, operational execution, risk management, and delivering successful outcomes for its clients.
