Todd Plumley leads CJ Hughes’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control function as well as our Cathodic Protection model, ensuring that every project the company delivers meets or exceeds the technical standards, code requirements, and client specifications that define a quality outcome. His oversight spans welding inspection, coating and corrosion protection, hydrostatic testing, and construction documentation across all of CJ Hughes’s operating divisions.

Todd’s role is central to the company’s reputation for quality — a value that has earned CJ Hughes recognition including the NiSource Supplier of the Year award and the Columbia Gas of Kentucky Partner of the Year award.
